Relay KC provides AI assessment services, AI concierge support, and managed AI employee deployment for small businesses. Specific deliverables for each tier are described on our homepage and in your engagement agreement.
If you implement the quick-start plan from your AI Tools Assessment and do not reclaim at least 5 hours per week within 30 days, your assessment fee is fully refunded. This is verified by a 5-minute weekly time log. If the log does not show 5+ hours saved, you receive a full refund — no questions asked.
AI Concierge ($1,500/mo) and Managed AI Employees ($5,000/mo) are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 7 days' notice. No long-term contracts. The $999 assessment fee is credited toward your first month if you continue to a monthly plan.
You agree to provide accurate information about your business workflows, grant necessary access to tools and systems for audit and implementation purposes, and respond to communications in a timely manner. We cannot guarantee results if we do not receive cooperation and access.
You retain ownership of all your business data, documents, and processes. We retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies, templates, and tools. Audit deliverables are licensed to you for internal use only.
Relay KC's liability is limited to the fees paid for the current engagement period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes — only the 5-hour time-back guarantee as stated above.
