When you book a call, submit our contact form, or take the AI Time Reclamation Scorecard, we collect your name, email address, and any information you voluntarily provide about your business workflows. We do not use cookies for advertising. Google Analytics tracks anonymous usage data (page views, session duration) to help us improve the site.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, prepare assessment materials, and send you relevant updates if you opt in. We never sell your data to third parties. We do not share your information except as required by law.
Your data is stored in our email system (Hostinger/Gmail) and project management tools (Notion). Access is limited to Relay KC personnel directly involved in your engagement. We retain client data for the duration of our engagement and up to 12 months thereafter, then delete it upon request.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Use our contact form with any privacy request. We will respond within 30 days.
